The service
Invoice Up is a web service that helps freelancers send automated payment reminders to clients. It is part of the Dekimu ecosystem and uses the shared Dekimu ID at id.dekimu.com for authentication. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
Invoice Up is a payment follow-up and tracking tool — not an invoicing system. It does not issue, number, sign, or transmit invoices to any tax authority or e-invoicing platform (for example AEAT / VeriFactu in Spain, SDI in Italy, Chorus Pro / PPF in France, KSeF in Poland, or myDATA in Greece). Your own invoicing system issues the invoice; Invoice Up takes over once it is overdue to chase payment on your behalf. Files you upload are your own documents, not artifacts issued by Invoice Up.
Your account
You need a Dekimu account to use Invoice Up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the actions taken on your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Invoice Up is for legitimate payment follow-up and collections work. You agree not to:
- Send reminders to recipients who have not agreed to be invoiced by you
- Use the service to send spam, phishing, harassment, or unlawful content
- Upload malware, illegal content, or files you don’t have the right to share
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service beyond normal use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or the people on the receiving end of reminders.
Your content
You own the invoices, attachments, and client data you enter. You grant Dekimu a limited license to store and process that content strictly to operate the service (send reminders on your behalf, display your data to you, back up data for reliability).
Subscription and billing
Invoice Up is currently free to use. If we introduce a paid plan, prices, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be displayed clearly before you subscribe. Paid plans are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
Email delivery
Reminder emails are sent through Resend (or Scaleway TEM when configured) from a Dekimu-controlled sender address. We do not guarantee delivery to every inbox — deliverability depends on the recipient’s mail provider and spam filters.
Data processing
Details of how we process personal data, including a list of sub-processors, are set out in our Privacy Policy. Business customers may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) at dekimu.com/dpa.
No warranty
Invoice Up is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We aim for high availability and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect delivery of reminders, or that the service will meet every specific need.
Business customers only
Invoice Up is offered exclusively to natural or legal persons acting within their trade, business, craft or profession — it is not offered to consumers. By subscribing you confirm that you are acting for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, and that you are not a consumer within the meaning of Directive 2011/83/EU or the consumer-protection law of your country of establishment. Because the service is not offered to consumers, statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal, do not apply. If you are not eligible, do not subscribe; contact legal@dekimu.com and we will cancel and refund any payment made.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dekimu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from unsent or undelivered reminders.
Termination
You can delete your Invoice Up data at any time from the dashboard, or delete your full Dekimu account from Dekimu ID. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with notice where feasible.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, when relevant, notify you by email before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Spain.
